    Include the reference number, color, and size of the item(s) you wish to return. This information is also available in your order confirmation email
  4. Reason for Return:

    Incorrect size
    Incorrect color
    I didn’t like the item
    I received a different item
    Quality issue

Important information:

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items 30 days past the delivery date
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original packaging
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Swimwear that has been used or is missing the sanitary liner and/or tags
  • Underwear and socks
    • Additional return conditions:
  • Products are intended for children only. Warranty claims will not apply if the product has been used by an adult, as items are designed specifically for children's use and weight
  • While OFFCORSS.US does not offer traditional exchanges, we offer free returns on your item(s)
  • A full refund of the item will be issued once it is received in new and unused condition
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • Items sold as sets must be returned complete, including all pieces
